Dyan Whyte

Dyan Whyte is an illustrator and children's writer who is inspired by all things childlike or drawn from childhood, particularly those that are dreamy, whimsical, and sweet. As a little girl, she made dresses for her dolls, drew, took pictures, put on concerts, coloured, and made everything pretty.

Dyan likes dreams, stars, starry nights, roasted marshmallows, knitting or reading in bed, Christmas, and Hallowe’en. Her art prints and stories are available from her online store, whereavadreams, as are prints of Dyan’s thelittledolls illustrations.

Dyan currently lives in Toronto. She spends her mornings painting and her afternoons with pen in hand.
